All reservations are fully paid in advance by credit card in our online payment form. Payment methods are visa, mastercard, american express, paypal
Any change in the reservation requested by the client will have to be notified to us by email.
In case of not being able to do the tour due to bad weather, the client will be offered an alternative date to change the date of the tour, in case the client can not change his date , the refund will be 100 % of the amount paid
All cancellations made by the client will have to be in writing by email. No cancellations by phone
The cancellation penalty policies are as follows:
30 to 7 days before the date of the tour penalty is 20%
6 to 3 days before the tour the penalty is 50%
to 0 days before the tour there are no refunds
There are no refunds in case the customer does not show up at the airport on the day of the tour
The client at the moment of making the payment online accepts these policies of reservation and payment
The refunds will be directly to the client´s credit card or paypal account in a period of approximately 7 days after the cancelation day
